Possible banding techniques depending on the materials

It is important to note that marking methods cannot be generalized, as it strongly depends on the size of the product. In general, pad printing, screen printing and embroidery are the most commonly used methods. For example for transparent cases, due to their material, cannot withstand heat and are therefore mainly marked with a special pad printing at low temperature.

Branding on PU (Polyurethane) cases:

PU, derived from petroleum, is a material that imitates leather. It offers the possibility of applying various marking techniques, such as hot stamping, embossing (recessed marking in the material and without color). It is important to note that some types of PU only support laser engraving, thus requiring prior testing.

Branding on RPET (Recycled Plastic) cases:

RPET, made from recycled plastic (PET standing for hard plastic) with the "R" indicating it is recycled, can be branded by pad printing at low temperatures.

Branding on polyester cases:

Polyester, a petroleum derivative widely used to imitate materials such as cotton or linen, can be marked by screen printing, pad printing or embroidery. It is also compatible with sublimation, thus offering the possibility of obtaining very colored surfaces.

Branding on leather or recycled leather cases:

Leather, as well as recycled leather, is similar to PU in terms of marking possibilities. Techniques such as hot stamping, embossing and laser engraving can be applied.
